Shipping & Returns
Orders at our website will usually be processed within one working day. Shipping will be scheduled from Monday till Friday between 09:00 (9:00am) and 17:00 (5:00pm).
At our checkout you may choose from a range of shipping options. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. On average, time of delivery will be 3 to 5 working days.
Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive the tracking information within 1 working day, please check your spam folder.
Complications with delivery are not common, but in such a case please contact the shipping carrier to handle these issues. Once the shipment has left our facilities, we are unable to offer assistance. OPTIO SANO is not responsible for delays caused by the post office.
We ship worldwide!
At OPTIO SANO we believe in the quality of our products. Therefore, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase at our webshop, you can return it within 14 calendar days. To issue a return or exchange, you must have proof of purchase in the form of an online receipt or a shipping invoice. The processing time of your request will approximately take 14 working days after receival.
To return your product(s) please visit our return portal https://optiosano.shipping-portal.com/returns/ and carefully fill in all required fields.
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
- ♦ Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- ♦ Items must be returned in the original state, including the original branded boxes.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and refund will not be possible.
